Who have you seen? I keep seeing a blue Charge Plug locked up on the railing on New Street..Anyones?

Blonde(ish) chap with puma shoes on a blue fixie came out of poplar rd onto kings heath high street about 11am, I was standing on the corner chatting with a white frame w/drops.

I think that's a guy who works in Urban Pie maybe. I lock my bike next to that one all the time.
